One of my favorite activities is scanning air shows Memorial Day weekend on Long Island means a few things.   First, it means remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice serving our great nation.   It is a time to reflect on those currently serving, as well as their families.  It means setting up the BBQ, catching a parade, or the Jones Beach Air Show.   In addition, this is usually the same time as Fleet Week in NYC, so we have a lot of Military service members and air craft in our area!
