It goes by several names, but not all of them are correct.
Sometimes you will hear P25, Project 25, APCO 25, or “digital”.
This week’s podcast, an “Introduction to P25”, runs through the building blocks of a P25 system.
P25 is made up of 8 pieces that are interconnected through a series of standards. We’ll cover each of the interfaces and how they work.
